The phrase that many people love and use, "Health is our most precious asset," takes on special meaning only when we or our loved ones have to face health problems. And indeed, each of us should constantly take care of our most precious asset - a healthy body and soul. It is precisely about caring for one's own and one's family's health that the exhibition "Health Days 2025" will traditionally invite in the spring, encouraging people to pay more attention to the principles of a healthy lifestyle, to develop and cherish the values of wellness in their daily activities.

The aim of the exhibition "Health Days 2025" is to draw public attention to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and emotional health, to the priority of paying greater attention to disease prevention, physical activity, balanced nutrition, and healthy habits. The exhibition also touches on another relevant topic - emotional health; it presents tools, methods, and advice on how to maintain and restore harmony not only with one's body, but also with thoughts and emotions. Throughout the three days, visitors to the exhibition will be able to enjoy free events, seminars, and presentations of health and wellness news.

At the exhibition "Health Days 2025" wellness, balanced nutrition, and physical activity are understood and valued as a priority for all family members, ensuring continuous, correct daily habits, passed on from generation to generation in the long term. For this reason, the exhibition will touch upon different topics affecting human health: from the health of pregnant women and infants, to sports, health-promoting hobbies and activities, to rehabilitation and the changed pace of life in older age.
